Fees & Costs¶
Swaps¶
Swap quotes include execution gas; the relayer sends the settlement transaction. Sign the returned bounds exactly and use fee_breakdown to inspect the quoted cost. This does not include separate approve or other transactions sent from your wallet, which require network gas.

Order and fill reads expose user-visible fees through settlement_economics.fees_paid. Internal spread accounting and counterparty transfer splits are not public response fields.
Limit Orders¶
Settlement transactions consume EVM gas and are signed and broadcast by a relayer executor, whose wallet pays the chain fee. This does not require the limit-order owner to hold ETH merely for that settlement. User-visible fees are described by the quote and settlement_economics.fees_paid; this is not a promise that every deployment offers free trading. Transactions you send yourself, such as approve, deposit and withdrawal, require network gas.
Withdrawals & Transfers¶
Transaction builders return unsigned transactions. Sign them locally and broadcast through the supported send helper or your wallet. The transaction sender pays normal network gas; quote-included Swap gas does not pay for a separate approve, deposit or withdrawal transaction.
